Where it all started…
A plant-based diet has long ceased to be a trend. In Germany alone, there are an estimated one million vegans. Anyone who still believes that vegan cuisine is one-sided or boring is mistaken.
With GOOD n’ Vegan we want to show you that vegan kitchen is as various as nature itself – and, in our opinion, the kitchen of the future. We don’t want to point the finger at you, but we want to whet your appetite for real vegan feel-good cuisine and put a smile on your face with our handmade, fresh vegan dishes. After all, we are passionate cooks – so for us it is first and foremost about one thing: the perfect taste!
What makes us tick?
We love good food and want you to not only be happy with our vegan dishes but also full! And this is possible without the use of animal products! For our vegan burgers, we use our homemade patties. And of course, our vegan lasagna and the vegan Klopse are also homemade.
Convenience products from the wholesale market are therefore out of the question for us! To guarantee that, we experiment with different ingredients and combinations for many hours and days. Because we only add a dish to our menu once we have found the perfect texture and the perfect taste. It goes without saying that we also work exclusively with fresh ingredients and avoid artificial ingredients.

GOOD n’ Vegan on the road
We love the principle of Ghostkitchens. Because with this concept we can supply you in the future at many places in Germany with our vegan delicacies. The only thing we still miss here is the personal connection to you. That’s why we have already set up a few times this year in Mauerpark.
May we introduce: This is Jennara Santurio. The american chef started her career over 10 years ago. After graduating from the culinary academy “Le Cordon Bleu” in San Franciso, she worked in several 5-star-hotels in the Bay Area, specializing in pastries and desserts and already experimenting with vegan recipes.
Her passion for food brought her to Berlin in 2012 where she expanded her dietary knowledge. Since then, Jennara has continued to manage private and corporate events, developed recipes and built relationships with suppliers and vendors. After working in Finland, Sweden and Norway, she found her way back to our beloved city. Her focus on healthy, nutritious ingredients, her experience with vegan cooking and her outstanding management skills make her the perfect fit for GOOD n’Vegan. Jennara is not only the brains, but the heart behind our exciting new menu and lights up the kitchen with her positive attitude and warmth!
